Founded in 1974, the Richmond Hill Block Association was created by neighbors who believed strong communities begin at the block level.
For more than five decades, RHBA has brought residents together to:

Community Space Available
We offer room rentals for community meetings, workshops, and small gatherings.
Rental fees support the work of the Richmond Hill Block Association.

Become CERT Trained
Community Emergency Response Team (CERT) - Community Board 9
Why CERT Matters :
In an emergency, first responders may not be able to reach everyone immediately. CERT training prepares everyday neighbors to step in safely, provide basic assistance, and help stabilize situations until professional help arrives. Becoming CERT trained is a meaningful way to give back, protect your neighborhood, and strengthen the community you call home.
What You Will Learn :
✔ Disaster preparedness & response
✔ Fire safety & basic firefighting
✔ Light search & rescue
✔ First aid & disaster medical operations
✔ Team coordination & communication
